WANGEN Pumps launches BIO-MIX 200 for biofuel plants

Pumpenfabrik Wangen GmbH has expanded its range with the BIO-MIX 200, a robust progressive-cavity pump designed specifically for large anaerobic digestion and biogas feedstock processes often integral to renewable fuel supply chains.

The pump conveys and mixes diverse substrates — from slurry to fibrous feedstocks — at up to 150 m³/hour, offering high throughput and pressure alongside durable performance across a wide viscosity range.

Its integrated design reduces wear, supports continuous operation and enhances substrate handling efficiency feeding fermenters used in biogas-to-biomethane conversion and upstream biofuel processes.
